
FOOD SOURCING​

I strive to create food that is fresh, seasonal, and sustainably sourced. Now, more than ever, I believe it's important to support local farmers,
farm shops, and small-scale producers.

All of the dairy, meat, and eggs I use are either organic or free-range. I also make every effort to ensure that any fish
I source comes from well-managed fisheries, supporting environmentally responsible choices.

Every dish is made from scratch in my own kitchen, which adheres to strict hygiene standards. I take pride in crafting my own
homemade condiments, curry pastes, and sauces whenever possible.
Mindful of my environmental impact, I make every effort to use eco-friendly packaging whenever I can.

I’m happy to cater for all dietary needs and preferences. However, please note that my kitchen handles all known allergens.
While I take every possible precaution to avoid cross-contamination,
I cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces.
