FOOD SOURCING

I try and create food that is fresh, seasonal & as sustainably sourced as possible.

I am a strong believer that now more than ever we need to be supporting our local farmers, farm shops & small scale producers.

All dairy, meat and eggs I use are either organic or free-range.

All my dishes are made from scratch and I get great joy in using my homemade condiments & curry pastes!

All food I create is produced in my own kitchen which conforms to strict hygiene standards and I try and make every

effort to use eco-friendly packaging.

ALLERGIES

I cover all dietary requirements; however my kitchen handles all known allergens and while I make every effort to avoid cross contamination, I simply cannot guarantee the absence of traces.
